What is included
- Pre-workshop interviews with up to four participants
- Two facilitated days covering leadership readiness, ownership options, and timeline scenarios
- Written summary of decisions, open questions, and recommended adviser follow-ups
- One 60-minute follow-up call four weeks after the workshop
What is excluded
- Valuation or legal documentation (we provide a checklist for your accountant and solicitor)
- Mediation of unresolved family disputes — we may recommend an external facilitator if needed
