Transparent pricing basis for our consultations — fixed quotes after scoping, no subscription models.
Our fees reflect the scope of each engagement, not a monthly subscription. Every project receives a fixed quote after an initial scoping conversation. The figures below are starting points; final fees depend on staff count, number of interview participants, and travel requirements.

What affects your quote
- Staff count and sites — More interview participants and travel increase discovery time.
- Data readiness — Engagements where management accounts are current start faster; catch-up work may add 10–15% to the fee.
- Family complexity — Succession workshops with more than four family members in the room require additional pre-work.
Payment terms
- Deposit: 40% on engagement agreement
- Balance: Due on delivery of the written plan or workshop summary
- Payment methods: Bank transfer (preferred) or invoice with 14-day terms for established clients
Travel
Melbourne CBD meetings are included. Regional Victoria travel is billed at $180 AUD per day plus accommodation at cost if an overnight stay is required. We confirm travel costs in your quote before you commit.
No hidden retainers
We do not sell ongoing advisory retainers unless you explicitly request quarterly check-ins after a completed review. Those sessions are quoted separately at $1,850 AUD per half-day.
